Internet connection charges and data communication fees necessary to access the service are borne by the customer.

Payment Method and Timing

Method: Credit Card (via Stripe).

Timing: Payment is processed immediately upon application. Subscriptions automatically renew every month or year depending on the plan selected, unless cancelled.

Delivery Time

Access rights to the Discord server (paid member role) will be granted immediately after credit card authorization is approved.

This service is currently unavailable to residents of the European Economic Area (EEA), the European Union (EU), and the United Kingdom. We do not accept registrations or payments from these regions.

Returns and Cancellations

1. Returns/Refunds

Due to the nature of digital content, we do not accept returns or refunds (including pro-rated refunds) after payment is completed.

2. Cancellation (Stopping Subscription)

Users may cancel their subscription at any time by following the procedure from the designated management screen (LaunchPass/Stripe) by the day before the next renewal date. If cancelled, the next billing will not occur, but you can continue to use the Service until the contract period expires.

3. Cooling-off

This service is governed by the laws of Japan. The cooling-off period designated in the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions does not apply to this service.

To use this service, the following environment is required:

Discord Application (PC/Mobile)
A Discord account with a verified mobile phone number is required.

* For security and fraud prevention, accounts that have not completed phone number verification cannot join the server. Also, due to Discord specifications, some VoIP numbers may not be usable.
